This product is to accompany one of Memorials Forever's Urns. This is an add on item that is for the custom engraving of a wood urn from Memorials Forever.
The engraving is laser cut directly into the urn. The customer chooses the font (which can be seen in the picture above) and where they would like it to appear on the urn with the drop-down menus. They also put the inscription that they want on the urn in the text-box.
Instructions:
During purchase the customer chooses:
1. The style of engraving they prefer from the drop-down box (Block, Script, or Block Italics).
2. The location they would like it on the urn from the drop-down box. "Default" is the location we have found to be the best for engraving on that particular urn.
3. The inscription they would like engraved into the urn. If you need more than the maximum of 4 lines of 45 characters per line, you can do more engravings on different locations.
Special Notes:
* Not all locations can be engraved on all urns.
*Some locations require less engraving; however, we will tell you if it is too much engraving for the chosen location. Alternatively you can contact us with any questions about the engraving. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
- Brand Memorials Forever
All packages are shipped through FedEx ground and FedEx expedited services. FedEx Ground is the standard service Memorials Forever uses; however, expedited, 2-day, and next day services are available if needed. The majority of our urns and memorials are made custom for our customers after they are ordered; therefore, some of our urns do not ship immediately. Most urns and memorials ship between 1-3 days but depending on the complexity of the urn and the availability of stock, it can take as long as 5 days to ship. If an urn or memorial is needed within a short time period, please contact us so that we can make sure the product makes it to you in time.
Memorials Forever tries to make returns as simple as possible. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and to have complete peace of mind when buying from us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your urn, contact us within the first 30 days after receiving it and we will assist you in returning it for a full refund. After the urn arrives at our company you will be issued a refund for the full urn price as well as the shipping. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer and expedited shipping is not refunded unless there was an error on our end. Return shipping cost is also paid by Memorials Forever if the return is the result of an error on our part.
Returns are still accepted after the first 30 days; however, returns after the first 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns on items that have had ashes put in them or items that have been personalized for our customer. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been tampered with or damaged by the client.
