A very productive and attractive variety, Royal bears heavy crops of 1-1/2? diameter, pleasantly sweet-tart, smooth textured fruits. When ripe, the large fruits develop an attractive, dark, nut brown color.
Self pollinating, no need for other medlar tree or any pollinators.
Compact tree, spacing 8-10 feet between trees.
Soil moist, well drained.
Bloom time - Early summer
Hight 8-10 feet
Rootstock to use - Cydonia Provence Quince or medlar seedling.

Plants will be packed securely in the box, preventing it from shifting inside the box, with adequate moisture in the soil or around the roots in case of bare rooted plants during the dormancy.
