PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME:
Your payment must clear before it will ship.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards generally take four to five days to clear.
PayPal bank transfers and PayPal balances often clear the same day, unless PayPal puts a temporary hold on the payment.

I do not collect sales taxes.
Under the Marketplace Facilitators Act of 2018, you are responsible for any Sales or Use Tax required within your state for this purchase.

Purchases made from anywhere within the State of California, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other unsupported addresses will be cancelled and any payment processing fees charged by the payment processor will not be refunded. PayPal no longer provides refunds of Payment Processor Fees.

SHIPPING PRICES:
All shipping prices will have to be manually verified as correct by GameItworks before completing your purchase due to new 2023 Shipping Price Increases. - 1/23/23

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
Purchases are usually processed for shipping within 24 hours of your payment clearing, Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM PST. [Excluding Weekends and Holidays]

PACKAGING / SIGNATURE REQUIRED:
Products are shipped in appropriate packaging materials. Some shipped items may require a signature confirmation by an Adult.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:
The simple answer is, No. I am only able to ship to the address that your debit card or credit card or PayPal has on record associated with your payment source.

I RECENTLY MOVED:
Even though I understand that you may have moved recently, if you haven't updated your address with the payment processor, you will need to do that before attempting to make a purchase. I pay an independent fraud prevention service to verify all sales transactions. They will not clear the payment if the address associated with your eBlueJay account doesn't match your payment source.
I am unable to ship to a different or alternative address.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPER:
If you message me before checking out your cart, it might be possible to change the shipper to either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Let me know which you prefer so I can send you a price quote. I use a third party shipping service to attempt to provide the best USPS, UPS and FedEx prices available. The default shipper on all items for sale is USPS and can not be changed once your cart is processed.

LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPPING:
You agree to fully cooperate in providing all necessary documentation, steps and information as needed by the seller, shipper and/or insurer, for any returns, possible shipping damages or disputes, and within the time provisions needed, or you agree your right to a claim is void.

ALL SALES FINAL:
Do not return the product without prior approval.
All sales are final unless I made a grossly negligent error in accurately describing the products overall general condition.

Combined shipping may be available: Message me before checking out your cart or paying if you are buying multiple items from my store at the same time. I will check to see if a lower combined shipping rate is available via USPS, UPS or FedEx to potentially save you money.
